A healthy version of a Snickers bar. Uhm- YUM!

Ingredients:
• 3 bananas
• Almond butter
• 10 pitted dates
• 1 pack semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 tbsp unrefined coconut oil

Instructions:
1) Soak the dates for 15 minutes in hot water.
2) As you wait, slice the bananas and place on lined cookie sheet.
3) Transfer the dates into a blender with 2-4 tbsp of the hot water (to reach desired gooey caramel consistency). Sprinkle with sea salt and voila, easy date caramel sauce.
4) Add a dollop of nut butter then a dollop of the caramel sauce on half the bananas, then add the other banana slice on top. Place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper in a single layer. Freeze for 1 hour.
5) On the stovetop on low heat, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
6) Dip the banana bites into the chocolate sauce and place back on cookie sheet, sprinkle right away with desired toppings such as sea salt, toasted coconut or crushed peanuts!
7) Freeze for another 20 minutes.

Enjoy! Store extra in the freezer (if there are any leftover!).

This is a perfect recipe to make with your kiddos!
